If you email us at ask@betterattach.com, we receive your email address and the content of your message so we can respond to support requests, bug reports, and feature requests.

Do not send sensitive files or confidential attachment contents unless you are comfortable sharing them by email.

The public BetterAttach website does not collect your email attachments, upload files, or read mailbox contents.

BetterAttach attachment renaming happens in the Outlook add-in. File contents are not uploaded to BetterAttach servers for renaming.
